How do I get access?
Get in touch and a member of the team will run through a couple of questions before giving you acess to the portal.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email we send you. You'll receive a secure link to create a new password.
How do QR codes work?
Each piece of equipment has a unique QR code that, when scanned, displays public information like model, service dates, and tested face velocity. Users can request access to full service records through the QR code page.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export equipment lists, service histories, and compliance reports in CSV format from the Admin panel. This is useful for creating backups or generating custom reports.
What browsers are supported?
FumeCloud works best on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience and security.
